ALBUQUERQUE – Members of the Democratic Party of New Mexico State Central Committee voted unanimously Saturday to place Judge Michael Vigil as the Democratic nominee on the ballot for the November 2018 general election.

Ute Park Fire At 77 Percent Containment

The Ute Fire has burned 36,740 acres including 26,387 acres on the Philmont Scout Ranch and is now 77 percent contained.

The fire began at 2 :10 p.m., May 31 on Highway 64 in Ute Park between Eagle Nest Lake and Cimarron.
