The department is proposing to re-establish desert bighorn sheep in the Sacramento Mountains in the autumn of 2018. This species has been absent from these mountains for nearly a century.

FBI: Albuquerque Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Bank Robbery Charge

ALBUQUERQUE Ronald P. Lopez, 25, of Albuquerque, pled guilty Aug. 29 in Federal Court to a bank robbery charge. Lopez entered the guilty plea without the benefit of a plea agreement.
 
The FBI arrested Lopez March 14, 2018, on a criminal complaint charging him with robbing the US Bank branch located at 2015 Eubank Blvd., in Albuquerque Feb. 26, 2018. Lopez subsequently was indicted April 10, 2018, and was charged with bank robbery Feb. 26, 2018, in Bernalillo County.
