The first no-interest emergency loan from the State of New Mexico’s Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) Fund to help maintain jobs and business operations as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis is in the final stage of approval, Economic Development Department Cabinet Secretary Alicia J. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in a single direction
SANTA FE – The New Mexico Department of Transportation would like the traveling public to be aware of roadwork impacting traffic on N.M. 466 / St. Michael’s Drive beginning June 1 through June 9.
One lane will be closed in a single direction, starting at St. Francis Drive and continuing to Quail Run Drive.
As a lane is completed, it will be reopened and another will be closed for repaving.

SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials have announced this afternoon 133 additional positive tests for COVID-19.
Los Alamos County remains at 6 cases that have tested positive for COVID-19.
Today’s update includes 9 additional deaths reported in New Mexico related to COVID-19.
The New Mexico Department of Health reported today the most recent cases:
- 12 new cases in Bernalillo County
- 1 new case in Cibola County

Following guidance from the White House, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local public health authorities, Bandelier National Monument is increasing recreational access to Frijoles Canyon.

SANTA FE – Like many other areas on the Santa Fe National Forest (SFNF), the 6.7-mile Rio en Medio Trail #163 about 14 miles north of downtown Santa Fe has surged in popularity as people seek relief from quarantine by taking to the woods.
