Single Car Accident Takes Out Power Pole On Central

Los Alamos police and firefighters respond to the scene of a single vehicle accident at about 3:15 p.m. today on Central Avenue near Rose Street. LAFD EMS personnel checked out the female driver who did not appear to be injured. According to reports the vehicle drove over a median, took out a power pole and dragged a sign some 70 feet before coming to a stop near the Aquatic Center. Photo by Maire O'Neill/ladailypost.com
