Selling or buying a house can feel like a daunting prospect, especially if the interior doesn’t project a sense of “home.” Having real estate professionals with the ability to see beyond the surface to the potential of a home is vital. Paula M. Glover and Suzette Fox have the talent and skill to help both sellers and buyers realize their goals.

Glover and Fox have the expertise especially helpful for one particular part of the real estate market: homes that are outdated as part of an estate. When elderly parents pass away or move out of a family home, their adult children are often faced with the reality of a home in need of many updates to appeal to today’s buyers. Glover and Fox can see and market these homes as the gems they truly are.

Glover is the wife of Greg Glover, who was born and raised in Los Alamos. They met at New Mexico State University, where they both obtained degrees in Agricultural Business and Economics.

“You can say I’ve always been in dirt,” she jokes. “I was raised on a cattle ranch, have an agricultural degree, and have always worked in real estate.”

She is the proud mom of two teenage daughters, Ashlynn and Dayna, a senior and freshman at Los Alamos High School. Glover is the daughter-in-law of Roger and Bennie Glover, long-time Los Alamos business owners of Glover’s Automotive Repair.

Glover is well known in the Los Alamos real estate community. She joined RE/MAX FIRST in 2015 and quickly became a top producing REALTOR®. She was recently inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for her outstanding results and customer service.

Prior to joining RE/MAX FIRST, Glover served as the Division President for Stewart Title, a real estate title insurance company, and managed both the Los Alamos and Santa Fe offices. Fourteen years in the title insurance industry provided her extensive knowledge and experience with complex transactions, such as trusts, estates and probate.

She uses this knowledge to help buyers and sellers navigate real estate transactions.

“While I have full confidence in helping families navigate the selling process, I also have a deep passion for helping buyers and Veterans navigate the purchasing process,” Glover said.

As her business grew, Glover said she knew it was time to add a team member. Fox was the obvious choice, she said, because she owns a local interior design business and is regularly featured in design publications. Her connection to the community and interior design experience is a perfect complement to Glover’s real estate experience.

Suzette Fox

Fox is married to Tony Fox, Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Scholarship for the LANL Foundation. Their daughter, Lily, is a freshman and LAHS.

Fox grew up in a creative environment in northern Illinois. Her family included artists, actors, architects, and a particularly famous writer (Robert Louis Stevenson). She has studied art, worked for an architectural firm, designed custom furniture, staged homes for resale, and started an interior design business - which she still runs to this day.

Fox moved from Colorado to New Mexico in 2001. She worked with the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, where she facilitated the famous “Haciendas – A Parade of Homes” annual event. She is still very connected to the Association and was a judge for the 2018 Parade of Homes.

Once in Los Alamos, Fox wanted to give back to her community while still maintaining her design business. She used her design background and event experience to make an impact as the Los Alamos MainStreet Director for more than eight years. She also sat on the Manhattan Project National Historical Park Committee, where she cast her vision to turn Entrance Park into a replica of the Main Gate Guard Shack from the early days of Los Alamos. Main Gate Park now stands as a welcome to visitors and introduces them to the town’s history.

“I feel real estate and design are the perfect complement. I can help buyers envision a home’s potential. And, I can assist sellers with preparing a home to meet the needs of today’s buyers,” Fox said.

Glover and Fox explain that their desire is to provide Los Alamos with the very best in real estate services. Reach Glover at 505.412.3400 and Fox at 505.412.9073.
