Gerard Coriz, Firefighter Kenny Martinez, Firefighter Matt Austin and Firefighter Zach Shriver put together 26 bicycles for kids, which will be distributed in Los Alamos and Rio Arriba counties. The bicycles were paid for with the proceeds of the Rumble in Rio under the Jim Franklin Bike Giveaway that was the primary charity selected by Rumble in Rio this year. Jim Franklin was an evidence technician in the Rio Rancho Police Department. For several years he took old bicycles from storage and rebuilt them and gave them to children of low income families in the area for Christmas. Courtesy photo
