County Summer Concert Series Vendor Meeting April 11

The Los Alamos County PROS Division invites any and all potential Summer Concert Series vendors to sign up Thursday April 11 at the front desk at the Aquatic Center for the 2019 Summer Concert Series.

PROS Division is hosting an open community meeting 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 10 to go over the schedule for this summer’s concert series. The meeting will start with an introduction to the Summer Concert Series and how to sign up, then move in to changes that have taken place from the previous year and answer questions. Staff will be available after the meeting to help with paperwork and answer any additional questions.

Note that the Summer Concert Series again has a special fee for all 15 events on County property, but vendors may choose not to be part of the entire series and pay a one day vending fee for specific dates.

Food vendors must secure a temporary New Mexico Food Service Permit from the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED). Temporary food permit requests must be submitted to the appropriate NMED Field Office at least 10 days prior to operation. To locate the correct NMED Field Office, click here or call 505.476.8600. Food vendors using propane gas must contact the NM L.P. Gas Bureau in Albuquerque at 505.222.9808 to secure an L.P. gas permit. All permits must be prominently displayed.
