Los Alamos Home And Condo Sales Increase

Single Family home sales rose from 37 in the 1st Quarter of 2015 to 46 this Quarter.

The median price of Single Family Home sales saw an increase when compared to the 1st Quarter of 2015 or $230,000 to $262,500 in this Quarter. Single Family home sales volumes also jumped from $10.1 million in 2015 to $12.9 million for the 1st Quarter of 2016.
