JetBlue President to Speak at Quality New Mexico Learning Summit

The public is invited to attend the 19 annual Quality New Mexico Learning Summit April 22-23 at the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Albuquerque.
David Barger, president and CEO of JetBlue will be the keynote speaker at the event.
Barger founded JetBlue in August 1998 as president and chief operating officer and was named chief executive officer in May 2007. He assumed the additional role of president in June 2009.
JetBlue began operations in February 2000 from its base at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and serves 71 destinations across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico and Central and South America.
Barger studied at the University of Michigan where he majored in Economics and Political Science.
Quality New Mexico, a non-profit organization, helps New Mexico businesses and organizations improve organizational performance and is the official administrator of the New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards patterned after the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
