Goodbye Shamrock
Demolition of the Shamrock Gas Station on the southwest corner of Trinity Drive and Knecht Street is moving full speed ahead in preparation for the construction of a Smith's branded gas station.
Smith’s will lease the property from Polk JT Properties. The Los Alamos County Council has approved a lease agreement with North American Development Group (NADG), paving the way for the development of Trinity Place.
Smith’s new fuel center will be adjacent to the Smith’s Marketplace store in Trinity Place. The new fuel center will allow Smith’s reward cardholders to purchase discounted gas.
The Shamrock Gas Station is being completely removed, including the underground tanks.
