AG Balderas Sends Letter To Uber Regarding Massive Data Breach

AG News:

Uber didn't disclose publicly until Tuesday that hackers accessed the personal information of 57 million riders and drivers last year.

At the time of the breach, Uber reportedly paid hackers $100,000 to destroy the data and did not tell regulators or users that their information was stolen.

Attorney General Hector Balderas has sent the following letter to Uber's CEO asking questions about the impact of that data breach on New Mexicans:
